Our Return Promise

We want you to love every piece you buy from Landmark. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Damaged or Defective Items

Artisan homeware travels a long way to reach you, and we know that fragile items sometimes arrive damaged. If your item arrives broken, chipped, or defective:

  • Email us at support@landmarks.builders with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to return the damaged item.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@landmarks.builders with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the prepaid return label we provide — return shipping is free.
  4. Refund is processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once used: incense holders that have been burned in, and items marked as final sale.
