We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If you're not, here's how returns work.

The policy

• — 30-day return window from the date of delivery
• — Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• — UK orders: free returns
• — International orders: return shipping is at the buyer's cost
• — Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
• — Damaged or defective items: full refund plus free return shipping, no exceptions

How to start a return

2. Include your order number in the subject line
3. Tell us what you'd like to return and why
4. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
5. Pack the item securely and ship it back
6. Your refund is issued once we confirm receipt

If something arrived broken or wrong, we'll sort it. Just reach out.
